Chart · AI notes from the consult
The consult writes its own note.
Tap record in the room. The AI drafts; the doctor edits and approves before anything leaves the room.
- Writes the clinical note, the chart snapshot, the family's take-home summary and the letter to their dentist.
- Forbidden from inventing findings, measurements or durations.
- Correct it once in plain English, and every future note follows.
- Nothing is lost mid-consult. Audio is saved every ten seconds.

How the team's week actually runs.
Everyone touches it twice a day, which is why the rest of Bonsai gets opened at all.
- Clocking in is the first thing on the screen. No menus first.
- Publishing a schedule only notifies the people whose shifts actually changed.
- A missed punch is caught before payroll notices, with one alert naming the exact punch.
- PTO balances are computed one way, in one place, so the employee and the approver see the same number.

- Visits per active treatment. Estimated against actual treatment time, total visits and extra visits for every case.
- Extra visits. Comfort and emergency visits by type, office and tooth, with brackets that failed early called out.
- Referral tracking. Every new patient's source, down to the referring dentist.
